YES, I Understand . . . But Do You??? I understand... your home is only going to be marketed in the mid $100,000's. I understand... it just doesn't seem to be a high enough ticket item to bother with home staging. I understand... the other 2 homes for sale in the neighborhood are also vacant. They aren't staged. I understand... all 3 homes have been on the market for over 120 days and are the same asking price. I understand... none of the 3 are getting any showings... BUT DO YOU UNDERSTAND...
