For example, being in tune to the Atlanta area real estate market and various buyer trends we were able to advise this client on the selection of granite for the kitchen and baths, as well as how to best display the areas once the granite was installed.

Peachtree Home Staging provides expertise to our Atlanta area clientele advising on updated lighting and working with paint colors that create the best for the internet presentation and property showings. For example, the home shown below had very trendy paint colors, but it was difficult for prospective buyers to judge the space of the rooms through the Internet on-line presentation of the home. Peachtree Home Staging simplified the above by adding furnishings and accessories for the Atlanta home Buyer. We also created a demonstration of space.
