Check out some examples of rooms staged by Peachtree Home Staging.
You only have one opportunity (and about 3 to 5 seconds) to make that first impression.
Buyers form their opinions quickly
and your home is either in the running or forgotten. Buyers need to see what they like about the home right off the bat, and then you
need to keep that momentum going from room to room. Karen’s critical eye, a talent to envision each home's potential and the ability
to bring out the best that creates that "WOW" factor is the greatest benefit Karen can provide to any homeowner. The benefits of home
staging through Real Estate first hand experience have become Karen’s talent and passion! Take advantage of that!
This page shows you photos of occupied homes staged by Karen Dembsky, lead home stager. These photos and flyers demonstrate the
power of home staging for Internet marketing a home for sale. Furniture must be properly displayed: neutral colors and
décor must direct the eye to the home's features. Two thoughts to keep in mind as you review the following photos:
You do not have to have designer accessories or expensive furniture to properly stage. We have the knowledge to spotlight the home
using items you already own in most all cases!

An experienced home stager, like Karen, knows that a small simple touch, such as these
apples and pears, create an atmosphere that now has the potential Atlanta home buyer noticing the bay windows with transoms,
trendy light fixture, and the plantation shutters – all superb features of the home. After all, it is the home we are
trying to sell! This is another example of correct home staging!

Home staging can help the home buyer recognize the openness of a floor plan while still
displaying a visual room separation.
|
|
Home Staging can display the benefit of small nooks or awkward corners often found in bedrooms,
as displayed in this Fayette County Home.
|
|
In this Fayette home the home sellers did not have furnishings for this room. Peachtree Home
Staging was able to rearrange rooms such that the furniture shown here could be used to make a pleasing display thus helping
the home buyer judge the size of the living space.

Again, the home seller did not have furnishings for this formal living room. It had been
used as a play area for the children. When it was time to stage this Gwinnett County home for sale, located in
Norcross, the toys were packed up and this small vignette was put together to emphasize the sunny bay window and
demonstrate the size of the room.

|
When marketing your home, it is a good idea to place photos of secondary bedrooms on the Internet
listing when they have special features, such as this Fayette County home's bay window.
|
|
Taking photos for the Internet that look down on a room really help the buyer visualize the space
and it also creates a tremendous amount of atmosphere. Take advantage of photographing your home this way when possible.

A bay window, such as this one located in Atlanta's suburb of Peachtree City, is an important home
feature for home stagers to accent to the fullest.

This 1970's Peachtree City home in the Atlanta area had the traditional formal living room right
off the foyer front entrance. By focusing on making the area inviting, buyers were anxious to continue on into the home to see
what other treasures were yet to come.

This beautiful home had Internet presence that is second to none! The home is absolutely beautiful and
the main focus of our home staging service in this upscale Alpharetta home in Atlanta was to rearrange existing accessories, some
furniture rearranging; and primarily packing up personal items and extra items to create a more open feeling. You can watch the
video tour at http://vidego.multicastmedia.com/player.php?p=6e0xqif5.
No wonder it was on the market for less than 30 days!

The photos of this home in Fayetteville, Georgia located in South Atlanta's Fayette County were taken by the
listing Realtor. Peachtree Home Staging spent two hours with the home owner. Together, they went from room to room and did some
staging while making a "detailed to do list" for the home owner to follow. The home owner was able to complete the list of to do's
prior to the listing agent viewing or listing the home. On the MLS listing the listing Realtor noted "HOME IS UPDATED AND READY
TO MOVE IN. SHOWS VERY WELL!"

|
This home in Peachtree City another Atlanta community was a lot of fun for everyone! The home owner
watched a lot of HGTV and had a good savvy sense for home staging! Together we made it look great and had fun throughout the staging
process! The seller enjoyed learning more about home staging and the Realtor had a lot of fun when it went under contract in
just 6 days!

This Peachtree Corners home in northeast Atlanta had an incredible great room. Staging this, allowed us
to create focus on the fireplace by pulling in the seating area. This created unobstructed pathways throughout the room as well
as featuring the window and ceiling heights.

Before staging this bonus room the two twin beds were side by side in front of the window giving the room
a long narrow look. With our home stager putting the beds along the side wall, one can now appreciate the width and depth this bonus
room has to offer. This home is located near Roswell in Peachtree Corners, Atlanta.

Here is a good home staging tip. Did you know that 85% of home buyers shop the internet and look at the
photos of the homes in their price range prior to ever physically viewing homes? With this in mind, take advantage of bringing the
outdoors in. When home staging this dining room in North Atlanta it made sense to not have any window treatments obstructing the view
of this private back yard. Quality home staging takes into consideration the on line photos that capture a home's personality as well as
the dynamics of the physical walk through by prospective buyers.

Many homes in the Atlanta area have designated space originally intended to be a "formal living room". Not
everyone, however, uses the space that way. In this particular home the sellers had a piano with a few odds and ends located in the
intended space known as a formal living room. Here the home stager from Peachtree Home Staging utilized additional instruments,
musical pieces, and related art in the home, pulling it all together to make a "Music Lesson Room". It is understood that not all
people would want a Music Lesson Room; however, the visual displays the value of the space and opens up the home buyer's imagination
as to the possible potential this space can provide.

A great home staging rule! Less is More!!! In this Atlanta area home, the home seller's master bedroom
furniture is quite large. Having few accessories on the furnishings and few items on the wall allows the home buyer to judge the size
and space without an immediate cramped and overwhelmed sensation. Here the home stager showed the home sellers how to best arrange
the room's flow and what items to pack up while the home is on the market.

Q TIP CLEAN! And, show your counter space in every bathroom! Towels should be folded and fresh. And
last but not least, keep that toilet seat down for showings!
