The average # of days on the market for these 5 homes -- Just 43 days; the longest being only 88 days and the shortest market time being a quick 9 days. The average market time according to Georgia MLS was approximately 160 days. Peachtree Home Staging's Atlanta area clients beat the average market time by 117 days.

• 255 Ridgemont Drive, Fayetteville, GA – This home was staged using a combination of the home owners belongings and Peachtree Home Staging’s furnishings and accessories. This home was on the market for less than eight weeks during 4th quarter of 2008, the slowest real estate market in a half-century. The average number of days on the market in this neighborhood during 4th quarter 2008? 203 days according to Georgia MLS. This subdivision in metro Atlanta had 11 home listings for sale in 2008.
